We ofer the posibility to show your skills and knowledge in stock markets, taking into account different aspects of your methodologies.
In addition, at the end of the process we will give you a report explaining how to improve your investor strategies without any cost.
You will have to complete the next 5 steps of the process at any cost; only spending your time:
1.STOCK MARKET KNOWLEDGE
You will do a test to allow us evaluate your skills in stock market knowledge and compare it with the rest of candidates.
2.PERSONALITY TEST
We will evaluate your behaviour and attitude in different stress and calm scenarios in order to evaluate your investor profile.
3.PSYCHOTECHNICAL TEST
We will evaluate your capacities and attitudes related with this busines area. Quickness and accuracy during the test will be taken into consideration.
4.PRACTICE WITH SIMULATOR
*With remuneration: We offer a trading simulator with 15.000 $, so that in the maximum term of 120 days you get the highest possible profitability. You will complete this phase when you obtain a 15% of profitability in the asset, and also exceed a 100% of benefits in the leveraged account. In this way, you will pass automatically to phase 5 of the process. If not reached 100% of profitability, we will evaluate your account on day 120:
- Between 50-100% of profitability: you will be able to repeat phase 4 of the process.
- If you reach the 100% of profitability you will automatically receive a 5% of the benefits (with a maximum of 1.200 €) and upgrading your simulation account from 6.000 to 30.000, obtaining a fictitious profit of 24.000, 5% is 1.200€.
*Remunerated with 5% of the obtained profits.
5.SIMULATED MULTIPLE PRACTICE
We offer a trading platform with $ 50,000. In the maximum term of 120 days, you must achieve a 100% profitability, with the account being able to leverage it with several futures contracts. This test will be remunerated with 10% of the maximum benefits obtained. Maximum (3,800 euros).
Once the selection process is completed, if you wish, you will immediately be hired by World Market Systems S.L. as Junior Trader during the first year and you will receive a base salary, without prejudice to the remuneration for achieved goals. We will provide you a minimum capital of 50,000 and a maximum of 1,000,000 euros for you to carry out your operation.
After the first year and if you wish, the business relationship with the company will be maintained as Senior Trader, with a 3-year contract and receiving a base salary, notwithstanding the remuneration for the objectives achieved. We will provide you a minimum capital of 150,000 and a maximum of 10,000,000. euros, for you to carry out your operation.
In the performance of your work, either as Junior or Senior Trader, your presence will not be necessary in our offices, being able to select the same from where to carry out your operation.
